We cook whole pigs with the head on

The weight of the pig will be between 50 and 65 Kg - depending on the number of guests. We can serve up to ten pigs at a large event. We do not use pigs larger than 65 kg as they are too fatty.

Sourcing meat

Quality is the key here. All of our produce is, wherever possible, locally sourced and traceable. We only use outdoor reared British Pork and Beef. Our Venison is from wild Scottish stock. We will endeavour to find you the highest quality produce, at the best price possible, whatever your requirements are. Our products are always incredibly popular for hog roast in Leicester and Nottingham.

Meat Origin: WE ONLY USE ENGLISH PORK & BEEF

We follow Best Practice Guidelines from the Meat and Livestock Commission and only use local meat. All of our pork comes from near Newark with Farm Assured status, giving us peace of mind regarding animal welfare. These cross bred pigs live outside for the majority of their lives. They are fed on the farm's own barley and wheat, mixed on site with vitamins. We only use English beef and turkey. All of our venison is from wild Scottish Stock.
